Packages and fees
A website package has a one-time setup fee paid up front and a monthly fee. They are always stated separately. Starter and Business prices are on the packages page; Enterprise is priced together with you.
The subscription runs for at least 6 months and can be stopped any time after that. Clients who already have a website from kqby can move onto a subscription with no setup fee.
Payment
A preview is made first, free. If you like it, a 50% deposit starts the work and the remaining 50% is paid once the website is live. Bank transfer and Indonesian local cards are accepted.
What the subscription includes
- Content changes per plan: one a month on Starter, three a month on Business.
- AI chat on the website per plan: up to 300 replies a month on Starter, up to 1,000 on Business.
- Website check-ups and a monthly report.
- Domain and hosting as set out in each plan.
If you stop the subscription
The monthly fee covers the website's domain, hosting, AI chat and database. We buy the domain for a full year up front, even though the subscription is paid monthly.
- The hosting and the AI chat are switched off.
- You receive all of the website's data in one package, ready to put on another host.
- You can take the domain over by paying for the months the subscription did not cover: (12 − months subscribed) ÷ 12 × the yearly domain price. For example, stopping after 6 months means paying half a year's domain price.
Timelines and communication
You get a time estimate before work begins. We talk over WhatsApp Business, with progress updates while the work is under way.
