Website subscription
A website on a monthly subscription, looked after once it is live.
Most websites are paid for once, handed over and left alone. Prices change, promos expire, something breaks, and nobody is looking. At kqby you pay a one-time setup fee and then a monthly fee, and the monthly fee is what keeps us looking after it.
What every month includes
The monthly fee is not rent on a template. It covers your website's domain, hosting, AI chat and database, plus work that keeps happening:
- Changes to your website. Just send a message, such as "the decoration package is now 5 million" or "add this month's events", and we make the change. One change a month on Starter, three on Business.
- An AI chat on the website. A chat box in the corner of your site that answers prospects' questions (prices, dates, services) from your business data, even while you are busy or asleep. Up to 300 replies a month on Starter and 1,000 on Business.
- A monthly report on WhatsApp. How many people opened your website this month and how many asked a question. On Business it adds the estimated rupiah value of the leads that came in.
- Website check-ups, so a broken page is found and fixed by us, not reported by a customer.
- Your web address and where the site is stored (domain and hosting) are handled. On Starter the address looks like yourbusiness.my.id; on Business you can use your own, such as yourbusiness.com.
What it costs
There are two numbers: a setup fee paid once at the start, and a monthly fee. The total for the first 6 months is worked out at the top of this page.

Why a subscription rather than a one-off fee
A one-off website looks cheaper at the start. After handover, though, every small change becomes a new job: find whoever built it, ask for a quote, wait. Many owners simply stop updating, and a website with the wrong prices on it does more harm than no website at all.

Common questions
The subscription runs for at least 6 months and can be stopped any time after that. When you stop, we switch off the hosting and the AI chat, and you receive all of your website's data in one package, ready to put on another host. We buy the domain for a full year up front; to keep using the address, you can take the domain over by paying for the months your subscription did not cover: (12 − months subscribed) ÷ 12 × the yearly domain price. For example, stopping after 6 months means paying half a year's domain price.
One a month on Starter and three a month on Business. If your prices or promos change often, Business is the better fit.
