Starter is for businesses just getting started: one complete page, AI chat up to 300 replies a month, one content change a month, a .my.id domain and hosting. Business is for businesses ready to look serious: up to 5 pages, an AI chat that screens leads with up to 1,000 replies a month, three content changes a month, a monthly report in rupiah, your own domain, and Google Maps.

The subscription runs for at least 6 months and can be stopped any time after that. When you stop, we switch off the hosting and the AI chat, and you receive all of your website's data in one package, ready to put on another host. We buy the domain for a full year up front; to keep using the address, you can take the domain over by paying for the months your subscription did not cover: (12 − months subscribed) ÷ 12 × the yearly domain price. For example, stopping after 6 months means paying half a year's domain price.

A report reaches you on WhatsApp every month. If you'd rather look for yourself, a dashboard can be set up too.

Yes. Registering or moving your domain, DNS, SSL, and hosting are all taken care of. Options include Rumahweb (Indonesia only), Vercel, Hostinger, or Cloudflare, depending on what you need.

Yes. What you have gets checked first, then fixed, extended, or moved to something newer. You get a clear proposal before anything changes.
